INTENT

Our maths curriculum intends to: -

• Inspire confidence in core maths skills such as counting, understanding place value, times tables and calculation
• Develop competency and fluency in core skills
• Develop problem solving and investigation skills which can be applied in a cross curricular way.
• Instil the confidence to apply their maths skills and knowledge in real world situations
